Request Participation in a Health Fair or Community Event

Prevent Blindness Texas (PBT) participates in numerous community events across the state. Through strategic partnerships, we strive to prevent vision loss and promote eye health at every stage of life, benefiting individuals and communities we serve.

To help us plan effectively and ensure the best possible experience, please submit your request at least six to eight weeks prior to your event date. This allows our team sufficient time to review the request, coordinate internally, and determine the best way to support your event.

Submission of this information does not guarantee PBT participation in your upcoming event. Participation and services are subject to the availability of our staff, volunteers, and the focus areas of our programs and services. If PBT can attend your event, we will follow up with a confirmation email.
