Prevent Blindness Texas participates in local health fairs as part of our commitment to the community to educate the public on eye health and safety topics. We offer vision screenings and educational materials on eye health and safety topics. If you are having a health fair or would like a representative from Prevent Blindness Texas to provide a presentation at your event, please submit your request online as directed below.
All requests must be submitted at least six weeks prior to the event. After you have submitted the form, a staff member from your nearest Prevent Blindness Texas region will contact you about your request. Submission of this request DOES NOT guarantee PBT participation in your upcoming event. Participation is based on staff and/or volunteer availability and focus area of our programs. If Prevent Blindness Texas is able to attend your event, we will email a CONFIRMATION notice.
